Leads the growth, technical delivery, and management of dam infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. Responsibilities include dam surveillance, safety reviews, risk and dam-break assessments, water security studies, business development, proposal support, client relationship management, project delivery, and mentoring engineers. The role provides technical leadership across the full dam lifecycle and requires consulting experience, chartered engineering credentials, and strong water resources expertise.

Lead and deliver flood modelling, hydrology and hydraulic assessments across complex infrastructure projects. Provide technical oversight, review modelling outputs, manage projects and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor modellers, engage clients, and support business growth and capability development in flood and stormwater services.

Lead project management and contract administration across airport, building, industrial, energy, water, and defence projects. Manage procurement, cost control, delivery, client and stakeholder relationships, bids, and complex projects under Australian standards. The role also involves mentoring and coaching junior team members, developing client relationships, supporting business growth, and contributing to high-quality project outcomes.
