Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary industrial design teams across concept to construction stages. Manage design programs, budgets, risks, interfaces and quality. Provide technical guidance, run design workshops and assurance, support bids and proposals, and mentor junior staff while ensuring integrated, robust design outcomes aligned to client objectives.
