Manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients, deliver strategic business advisory and tax planning, review complex financial and consolidated statements, conduct tax due diligence, mentor junior staff, manage team operations and job budgets, and provide tax technical advice across a range of issues.

Support the Director of Quality to maintain and strengthen quality and risk management frameworks. Draft and update policies, coordinate monitoring and reviews, produce reports, support escalation, develop training materials, liaise with risk teams, contribute to risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across the Business Services division.

Lead design and implementation of a firm-wide client and engagement acceptance framework. Develop governance, policies, workflows, risk assessment criteria and onboarding systems; prepare submissions for acceptance panels; monitor risks and trends; coordinate with Legal, AML, ERM and service line leaders; deliver guidance, training and stakeholder support to ensure compliant, consistent onboarding decisions.
