Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms and tools. Apply site reliability engineering practices, write maintainable code, troubleshoot distributed cloud-native systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on service reliability. Maintain documentation, support self-service capabilities, and participate in on-call rotations and incident response while developing skills under senior engineers.

Provide first-line technical support for Axon hardware and software via phone and email. Troubleshoot networking, installations, registrations, device returns; build product expertise; report bugs and improvement suggestions; meet performance and quality goals.

Leads a seven-person service delivery team responsible for complex enterprise deployments of Axon software, hardware, and digital evidence solutions. Oversees onboarding, configuration, training, testing, change management, customer communication, resource allocation, project timelines, documentation, and early adoption. Partners with business and IT stakeholders, supports product feedback, improves delivery processes, and maintains customer satisfaction. The role is remote in Australia with approximately 40% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
