Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms and tools. Leads a seven-person service delivery team responsible for complex enterprise deployments of Axon software, hardware, and digital evidence solutions. Oversees onboarding, configuration, training, testing, change management, customer communication, resource allocation, project timelines, documentation, and early adoption. Partners with business and IT stakeholders, supports product feedback, improves delivery processes, and maintains customer satisfaction. The role is remote in Australia with approximately 40% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
