Manage end-to-end technology projects within a technology modernisation program, covering planning, delivery, budgets, risks, vendors, governance, implementation, go-live and transition to operations. Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders and external partners while managing dependencies and competing priorities. Provide executive reporting, facilitate governance forums, translate technical issues into business decisions, and ensure projects meet governance and assurance requirements.

Leads Information Services governance, technology risk, control assurance, regulatory alignment, vendor and third-party risk, audit readiness, and remediation tracking. Maintains governance frameworks, risk registers, policies, controls, evidence, reporting, and vendor oversight. Coordinates with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Cyber Security, Finance, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders to support APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234 obligations and senior decision-making.

Own and evolve Avant’s Azure and Databricks data architecture, including target-state roadmaps, data models, integration patterns, governance, security, and design standards. Assess technical debt, assure partner-delivered solutions, and guide platform maturity and simplification. The role works across engineering, analytics, governance, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams while supporting APRA and privacy obligations and enabling trusted analytics and responsible AI.
