Teams at Autodesk

Manage a portfolio of AECO enterprise customers in Australia/New Zealand to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Autodesk solutions. Co-create and execute Customer Success Plans, monitor usage and health metrics, reduce churn, document business value, and coordinate across Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on technical sales of Autodesk's Emerging Technologies, involving customer discovery, demonstrations, pilot support, and collaboration with sales teams and partners.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise AEC customers: architect and validate complex Autodesk solutions, lead demos, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, support proposals, quantify ROI, build reusable demo assets, mentor junior specialists, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
