Manage a portfolio of AECO enterprise customers in Australia/New Zealand to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Autodesk solutions. Co-create and execute Customer Success Plans, monitor usage and health metrics, reduce churn, document business value, and coordinate across Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Develop and maintain production-quality C++ features for Autodesk Fusion CAD/CAM desktop software. Apply AI-assisted development tools, implement computational geometry and geometric modeling capabilities, troubleshoot performance and defects, write tests and documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support feature deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Lead complex enterprise technical engagements: conduct discovery, architect multi-solution proposals, develop Customer Technical Vision, drive expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as primary technical advisor to align Autodesk solutions with business objectives.
