Manage a team of 12, significant media investment, platform and agency partnerships, and performance across paid search, social, programmatic, video, CRM, and digital customer journeys. Drive ROAS, revenue, attribution, conversion, and customer growth while developing team capability and implementing AI and automation.

Lead Australian and New Zealand payroll delivery for more than 10,000 employees and manage a six-person Payroll team. Responsibilities include complex payroll issue resolution, compliance, controls, exception reporting, coaching, system support, process improvement, automation, legislative changes and stakeholder management across venues and corporate functions. The role will also strengthen payroll processes, reporting and systems following the Workday HCM and Payroll implementation.
