Leads nationwide workforce strategy, capability development, volunteer planning, wellbeing, and engagement for Australian Red Cross Emergency Services. The role develops scalable workforce models, builds high-performing distributed teams, supports emergency readiness, and partners with internal, government, and external stakeholders. It also oversees workforce initiatives, organisational change, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across disaster resilience, response, and recovery programs.

Supports contract obligation monitoring, compliance reporting, quality assurance, audit and accreditation preparation, risk mitigation, policy reviews, and continuous improvement across community programs. The role develops compliance systems, tools, and governance processes; coordinates contractual reporting; analyzes data and audit findings; and advises program teams on contractual, regulatory, service, and accreditation requirements.
