Design, build and optimise personalised automated customer journeys across email, SMS and push. Manage and improve automated campaigns, audience segmentation and the communications calendar. Analyse campaign data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable).

12-month maternity-cover role owning activation, optimisation and strategy for Search & Social. Plan, set up, traffic, optimise and report on paid campaigns; run experiments and conversion tests; use data to inform targeting, creative and budget allocation; measure end-to-end customer journeys and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Own and manage the platform backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, and support Agile delivery. Partner with architects, engineers and operations to deliver scalable, secure platform solutions, balance feature development with maintenance and technical debt, and engage stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals.
