Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud and network projects, including planning, business cases, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, resourcing, and status reporting. Lead project kick-offs, coordinate internal teams and suppliers, maintain customer interaction records, support team development feedback, and contribute to Customer Solutions PMO operational and strategic planning.

Lead complex technology-enabled telecommunications projects and programs from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, managing customer migrations and service launches, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholder communications, change initiatives, operational readiness, and transitions into business-as-usual operations.

Coordinate telecommunications customer solutions from order through implementation, working with customers, sales, technical teams, suppliers, and management. Responsibilities include service delivery, procurement and logistics support, contract and SLA management, quality checks, order handling, issue resolution, inbound customer enquiries, troubleshooting, and accurate recordkeeping. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and knowledge of telco voice and data services.
