Leads mechanical design engineering for complex mechatronic products, from concept and CAD-driven detailed design through manufacture, integration, testing, and validation. Responsibilities include designing IP67 environmental enclosures, selecting materials, developing sealing and mounting strategies, producing manufacturing documentation, supporting DFM/DFA and production transition, and ensuring reliability and standards compliance. The role collaborates with electrical, software, mechatronics, and manufacturing teams and requires hands-on engagement with machinists and manufacturers.

Lead Arkeus’s AI and IT transformation strategy and implementation. Responsibilities include identifying AI and automation opportunities, insourcing IT services, establishing IT infrastructure and support for US operations, managing vendors and systems, leading technology adoption, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance with Australia’s DISP and US NIST standards.

Lead the design and development of production-grade embedded computer vision and control systems. Own architecture, implementation, testing, optimization, deployment, and field validation while collaborating with machine learning, controls, and hardware teams. Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and establish scalable engineering practices across embedded and Linux environments.
