Build participant confidence, identify suitable job matches, develop creative solutions to employment barriers, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and establish partnerships with inclusive employers.

Leads regional clinic administration across Victoria, ensuring compliance with national processes, efficient therapist scheduling, continuity of care, accurate appointments and invoicing, complete billing, and compliant client records. Oversees administrative workloads, supports teams, monitors productivity, prepares leadership reports, and manages privacy, child safety, WHS, risk, and incident requirements. The role requires strong organisation, communication, empathy, team coordination, and experience leading administrators in an allied health setting.

Coordinates NDIS plans, services, and supports for participants; completes compliant administration; develops relationships with disability organizations and government bodies; promotes support coordination through presentations and lead generation; and maintains stakeholder networks. The role requires independent work, strong communication and organization, participant empathy, client travel, relevant allied health or disability qualifications, and NDIS and Working with Children screening checks.
