Manages incidents and complaints within superannuation administration, including impact assessments, root cause analysis, remediation planning, post-incident reviews, reporting, and systemic issue identification. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, implements control improvements, calculates remediation compensation, supports client incident meetings, and documents learnings to prevent recurrence. RG 146 and strong knowledge of superannuation obligations are required.

Manage client relationships for real asset fund portfolios while overseeing fund accounting, NAV and reconciliation reviews, financial statements, capital activity, investor onboarding, AML/KYC compliance, tax statements, regulatory reporting, audits, and fund structure implementation. The role also requires client communication, issue resolution, procedure improvements, budgeting, SLA preparation, and coordination with senior management, auditors, investors, and internal teams.

Lead implementation and compliance of Apex Risk Management Framework across Australia. Provide risk advice and challenge to senior management, support client acceptance and incident management, produce risk reporting and trend analysis, implement governance, business continuity and remediation, and promote risk-based decision making and accountability.
