Responsibilities include extracting, cleansing, transforming, validating, and reconciling payroll data; preparing system uploads; calculating redundancies and entitlements; interpreting awards; modelling scenarios; supporting audit remediation; and coordinating payroll, project, and systems stakeholders across SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, and Excel environments.
