Develops pricing strategies and recommendations for AMP’s Platforms portfolio, optimizing fees, incentives, margins, profitability, retention, and growth. The role analyzes new and existing business pricing, evaluates test-and-learn initiatives, communicates commercial insights, supports implementation, and ensures pricing complies with risk appetite and regulatory requirements. It requires strong financial analysis, platform market knowledge, stakeholder communication, and advanced SQL and Excel capabilities.

Leads complex investment reconciliations across asset classes, products, and data integrity processes. Owns reconciliation break resolution, root-cause analysis, exception management, reporting, escalation, and operational controls. Supports platform initiatives through requirements analysis, control design, UAT, and business readiness activities. Maintains audit evidence and reconciliation documentation while improving process resilience and regulatory compliance. Coaches analysts and collaborates with Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and external providers to strengthen investment operations.

Manage and develop AMP’s platform insurance proposition, including product lifecycle activities, pricing and re-rates, disclosures, governance, regulatory change, risk and compliance, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with insurers, administrators, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective insurance outcomes. Prepare product analysis, governance updates, business papers, and recommendations while supporting member and adviser outcomes.
