As a Platform Developer, you will design and deliver software solutions for AMP's North platform, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring robust, scalable services.

Lead change management across Product and Retirement value streams: develop and execute change plans, stakeholder mapping and communications, drive business readiness and adoption, manage risks and issues, support post-go-live embedding, and engage senior stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile transformation environment.

Lead and govern business analysis for the North Platform in Wealth Management. Consult with executives to create strategy and delivery roadmaps, lead BA teams, drive Agile adoption, manage risks, coach analysts, oversee analysis quality, and partner with delivery leads and third-party suppliers to ensure successful platform delivery.
