Deliver high-quality service to AMP customers and financial advisers via inbound calls, webchat and email. Use multiple systems to resolve queries, communicate numerical information clearly, work rotating rosters within a regulated environment, and attend the Melbourne office at least two days per week. Full-time permanent role with comprehensive training provided.

Lead day-to-day Advice Governance for NM Super: maintain and improve governance frameworks, run Licensee and Adviser Governance Committee, oversee supervision, file reviews and investigations, support regulatory and Trustee engagement, deliver executive/Board reporting, and build team capability while driving risk remediation and automation-driven improvements.

Supervise a team of Complaints Specialists to meet operational targets and regulatory timeframes, coach staff, oversee complaint progression and RG 271 compliance, ensure fair customer outcomes, identify complaint themes and risks, drive quality improvements, and engage stakeholders to resolve barriers and improve processes.
