Leads AMP Platforms’ Second Line of Defence risk and compliance function, providing independent oversight, governance, regulatory guidance, and constructive challenge. Oversees operational and compliance risk, controls, obligations, breaches, remediation, major projects, outsourcing, and regulatory change. Advises executives, Boards, committees, auditors, and stakeholders while developing a specialist team and embedding AMP’s Risk Management Framework.

Lead the strategy, design, governance, lifecycle management, pricing, and ongoing development of AMP Platforms’ insurance proposition. Manage insurer, administrator, and service-provider relationships while balancing member and adviser outcomes, regulatory obligations, risk, sustainability, and commercial performance. Analyze product performance, drive simplification and improvements, support regulatory change and remediation, and prepare governance papers, business cases, reporting, and executive recommendations.

Senior subject-matter expert responsible for tax operations across investment and superannuation products. Lead tax reporting, corporate action tax treatment, platform testing and implementation, partner with custodians and stakeholders, maintain controls and governance, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate investor tax outcomes.
