Leads partner operations and strategic co-sell execution by designing PartnerTap workflows, mapping Salesforce accounts to partner systems, developing co-sell playbooks, and managing partner data integrity. Oversees data privacy, systems integration, pipeline reporting, revenue attribution, and program ROI dashboards. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to improve deal velocity and revenue outcomes.

Provides after-hours corporate travel support by advising clients, researching options, and booking domestic and international air, road, rail, and accommodation travel. Uses GDS platforms to manage reservations, follow travel policies, resolve issues, protect traveler information, and identify additional services. The role is fully remote, operates overnight and weekend shifts, and involves teamwork, mentoring, and proactive customer service.

Prospect for new B2B customers, conduct discovery, present and demonstrate business travel software and services, prepare proposals and RFP responses, negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet revenue targets. The role also coordinates customer onboarding, maintains prospect records, collaborates with internal teams, and builds relationships with senior decision makers. Travel of 25–50% is required, with remote work permitted.
