Provide exceptional in-store guest service through product education, sales transactions, warranty/damage support, merchandising feedback, inventory tasks, event support, and teamwork while embodying the Arc'teryx brand.

Lead ANZ sports and community marketing to strengthen Arc'teryx's mountain-culture credibility. Develop strategy, KPIs, athlete/ambassador programs, partnerships, community initiatives, and storytelling. Manage external agencies and collaborate with Brand, Creative and Social teams to drive awareness, consideration, advocacy and measurable commercial impact.

Lead Brand Marketing function at Arc'teryx for ANZ, integrating PR, social media, and creative efforts to enhance brand storytelling and community connection.
