Lead ANZ sports and community marketing to strengthen Arc'teryx's mountain-culture credibility. Develop strategy, KPIs, athlete/ambassador programs, partnerships, community initiatives, and storytelling. Manage external agencies and collaborate with Brand, Creative and Social teams to drive awareness, consideration, advocacy and measurable commercial impact.

Provide exceptional in-store guest service through product education, sales transactions, warranty/damage support, merchandising feedback, inventory tasks, event support, and teamwork while embodying the Arc'teryx brand.

Lead creative and content across Australia and New Zealand, developing omni-channel creative, art direction, production and always-on content engines to grow social reach, support product launches, and deliver culturally relevant, commercial storytelling.
