Lead ANZ sports and community marketing to strengthen Arc'teryx's mountain-culture credibility. Develop strategy, KPIs, athlete/ambassador programs, partnerships, community initiatives, and storytelling. Manage external agencies and collaborate with Brand, Creative and Social teams to drive awareness, consideration, advocacy and measurable commercial impact.

Owns end-to-end supply planning for assigned brands and categories, translating forecasts into supply plans, managing purchase orders, monitoring inbound shipments, and mitigating shortages or delays. Partners with demand planning, customer service, warehouse, finance, and suppliers to optimize inventory, working capital, cost, and risk. Maintains data integrity across ERP and planning systems while delivering reporting and insights to support operational decisions.

Supports guests through product education, sales transactions, warranty and damaged-goods assistance, inventory replenishment, merchandising feedback, and store events. Maintains a clean, organized store while representing Arc'teryx as a knowledgeable brand ambassador. Requires at least two years of retail sales experience, strong communication, flexibility, problem-solving ability, and availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
