Advise energy and infrastructure clients on project development transactions, including power purchase, construction, operations, development, acquisition, disposal, and energy trading agreements. Conduct legal due diligence and regulatory analysis, manage matters, support business development, develop client relationships, and contribute to mentoring and internal networks.

Provides proactive administrative and business support to Partners, Practice Executives, and senior legal staff. Responsibilities include matter financial administration, billing and e-billing support, client reporting, timesheet and cost estimate tracking, matter closure, event coordination, client requirements, document preparation, and practice management guidance. The role also supports operational excellence, stakeholder management, process improvement, and continuity during Practice Executive absences.

Qualified lawyers will draft and review legal documents, manage matters and transactions, conduct due diligence, provide complex legal advice, negotiate with clients, develop business, manage junior lawyers, and oversee discovery and e-discovery. Practice areas include litigation, M&A, banking and finance, technology, funds, employment, projects, competition, tax, and intellectual property. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid across Australian offices.
