Manage APAC logistics, inventory, warehousing, customs clearance, returns, demo assets, and distribution activities for iTero products. Oversee SAP order-to-cash and Salesforce inventory records, coordinate 3PLs, verify invoices and shipping documentation, resolve delivery issues, support trade compliance, and maintain vendor relationships. The role requires accurate documentation, regulatory adherence, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional after-hours support during quarter-end closing.

Lead brand and influencer marketing for Korea, manage creative and media agencies, localize assets, ensure MAP/legal/claims compliance, contribute to APAC marketing plans, collaborate with media/IT/CRM and Brand teams, operate in a matrix and deliver initiatives at speed while handling short-notice travel (~20%).

Manages Vietnam accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, tax returns, budgeting, audits, and compliance. Partners with business functions and the Finance Manager to analyze business cases, prepare financial simulations, support decision-making, and ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
