Production Engineer responsible for supporting manufacturing, testing, and calibration operations for medical imaging products. The role investigates recurring failures, performs root-cause analysis, improves yield, quality, throughput, and process stability, and identifies capacity and operational risks. It coordinates with Production, Quality, NPI, Systems Engineering, and R&D to implement data-driven corrective actions and production improvements. The position requires hands-on manufacturing engineering experience and knowledge of SPC, MSA/GR&R, process capability, and production data analysis.

Conducts environmental, reliability, and verification testing for mechanical and electronic products. Develops test plans, protocols, fixtures, and apparatus; executes accelerated lifetime, transportation, thermal, mechanical, and regulatory testing; analyzes failures and test data; and prepares technical reports. Applies root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical methods to identify defects and improve product reliability and manufacturability. Coordinates with external test laboratories and regulatory bodies while troubleshooting test equipment, software, fixtures, and instrumentation.
