Lead onsite IT operations for Singapore and provide regional support across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting for macOS, Windows, hardware, SaaS applications, networking, AV systems, onboarding, offboarding, executive support, vendor management, inventory, documentation, and office technology. The role mentors regional IT staff, partners with workplace and security teams, manages service providers, and improves IT processes while working onsite five days per week.

Drive new business across Acquiring, Card, FX and Payment API products for Mid‑Market accounts in Australia. Own full sales cycle, lead complex negotiations, build and manage pipeline, support Sales Manager as 2IC, and mentor SDRs and peers to elevate team performance.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of regulator- and partner-ready controls across ANZ. Translate obligations into governance, controls, evidence, and reporting; manage audits, exams, and remediation; partner cross-functionally to embed controls into products and systems; maintain GRC records and support AI-native tooling adoption.
