Lead the design, development, and production operation of agentic AI applications. Build reliable AI systems with planning, tool use, context, memory, evaluation, security, and responsible AI controls. Partner with Product, Data, Platform, and Security teams on architecture, deployment, monitoring, and operational readiness. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, establish reusable engineering practices, and guide complex delivery across Azure, Databricks, and related platforms.

Provide commercial legal advice and negotiate contracts for property, planning, leasing, site selection, and land acquisition initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Support contractual frameworks, regulatory compliance, claims and disputes, and strategic data centre development projects. Partner with legal, site selection, development, and business teams while managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Leads AirTrunk’s Melbourne development portfolio, overseeing data centre projects from land acquisition and approvals through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include portfolio strategy, funding, risk, governance, commercial controls, stakeholder engagement, supply chain planning, regulatory approvals, team leadership, and continuous process improvement. The role coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams while ensuring delivery meets customer, safety, quality, schedule, cost, sustainability, and operational objectives.
