Drive market expansion, secure high-value B2B accounts, manage P&L and budgeting, ensure HSEQ compliance, govern bulk and cylinder distribution operations, mentor and develop sales staff, and use CRM/Salesforce to analyze pipeline and deliver revenue targets.

Provide administrative and operational support to sales teams: maintain CRM/ERP customer records, process credit/debit notes, produce sales reports and dashboards, assist with simple proposals, support contract onboarding, and resolve customer claims while ensuring data integrity.
