Support the Business Support Manager by maintaining and running governance and remediation reports, tracking portfolio transfers, updating systems (Team Think), leading remediation projects, documenting reporting regimes, and supporting governance committees and policy library uplift projects.

Manage an assigned portfolio of multinational insurance programs, acting as primary broker/client contact to deliver end-to-end program design, compliance, and service. Collaborate with underwriters, risk engineers, claims and distribution to ensure timely policy/invoice issuance, SLA adherence, reinsurance coordination, and client stewardship while supporting new business and technical growth.

Support APAC actuarial reserving transformation by modernizing regulatory reporting (IFRS 17, solvency, US GAAP), automating workflows, performing portfolio and capital/ALM analyses, supporting budgeting and strategic reviews, and delivering ad-hoc data-driven insights to finance, underwriting and risk stakeholders.
