Develop briefs, art direction, and YouTube/podcast-specific scripts; collaborate with performance marketing to optimize paid creative, track performance, and provide production support. Own creative output for sponsorships, maintain brand voice, and manage multiple briefs and timelines to drive CTR, conversion, and ROAS from partner-produced assets.
