Provides commercial legal advice to AECOM’s Buildings and Transportation businesses. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts; advising on tenders, procurement, risk allocation, disputes, claims, governance, compliance, intellectual property, and insurance; and supporting projects from pursuit through delivery. The role collaborates with business leaders, project teams, and legal professionals across major infrastructure and professional services projects.

AECOM is building its Ground Engineering and Tunnelling team for major water and underground infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Opportunities span geotechnical engineering, tunnelling design, underground construction, project and design management, field engineering, construction support, quality assurance, risk, and technical leadership. Candidates may work across water, transport, energy, resources, and civil infrastructure programs, with flexible office and hybrid arrangements and pathways into technical, project, and people leadership.

Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical building-services projects across sectors including healthcare, defence, transport, data centres, and commercial developments. Serve as senior technical authority, oversee multiple projects, ensure regulatory compliance and system integration, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and engineers to deliver innovative, safe, and efficient electrical solutions.
