Coordinate and manage complex bids throughout the full lifecycle, including tenders, interviews, and debriefs. Translate technical offerings into persuasive proposals, value propositions, and capability content. Manage multiple submissions under tight deadlines while ensuring editorial quality, compliance, commercial integrity, and brand alignment. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, use AI tools to improve efficiency, and support proposal capability development.

Lead hydrogeological investigations and groundwater studies across mining, infrastructure, and environmental projects. Oversee drilling, aquifer testing, monitoring, and sampling programs; develop conceptual models; prepare assessments, regulatory applications, technical reports, and proposals; and manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. The role also involves client and regulator engagement, multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentoring junior hydrogeologists, with regular fieldwork and occasional travel.

Provides commercial legal advice to AECOM’s Buildings and Transportation businesses. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts; advising on tenders, procurement, risk allocation, disputes, claims, governance, compliance, intellectual property, and insurance; and supporting projects from pursuit through delivery. The role collaborates with business leaders, project teams, and legal professionals across major infrastructure and professional services projects.
