Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation projects. Manage planning, governance, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support. Coordinate functional and technical workstreams while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Provide executive reporting, manage change requests, and drive corrective actions when delivery risks arise.
