Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their primary strategic contact and trusted advisor. Drive customer value, satisfaction, retention, and growth through success plans, business reviews, account health monitoring, product demonstrations, and issue resolution. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support, communicate feedback and feature requests, maintain customer intelligence in CRM and engagement platforms, and mentor junior team members.

Manage the product configuration workstream for enterprise customer onboarding projects. Translate business requirements into software settings, workflows, dashboards, permissions, tax rates, and client-facing assets. Lead configuration discussions, demonstrations, training, audits, migration readiness, and implementation deliverables. Collaborate with project managers, product, development, and clients to resolve issues, manage risks, validate outputs, and support successful go-live across concurrent projects.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction. Act as trusted advisor, manage escalations, deliver business reviews, develop success plans, capture outcomes, coordinate cross-functional resources, mentor junior team members, and communicate customer feedback to Product.
