The Renewal Specialist coordinates contracts and renewals with Mid Market and Enterprise customers, manages pricing, and maintains customer relations to minimize churn and maximize bookings.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains customer billing records, responds to inquiries, investigates payment discrepancies, assists with month-end activities, and manages collections and vendor requests.
