Provide technical support for eTrial environments by setting up and testing courtroom IT, audio/visual, networking, streaming, and server equipment. Monitor live web streams, manage exhibits, databases, metadata, confidential evidence, and transcription support. The role also involves client and legal-team communication, venue fit-outs, and delivering reliable technical solutions in pressurised live environments.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing, inactive, and low-spending clients; build relationships, understand client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, generate qualified meetings, and manage an assigned account portfolio. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales opportunities, provide pipeline updates, support account retention, and share client insights with the sales team.
