Lead and coach the store sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain high shop-floor presentation and stock integrity, enforce loss-prevention procedures, and support customer service and merchandising across product categories.

Supports the Victorian Commercial Sales team by managing calls, emails, quotes, pricing, customer orders, deliveries, stock availability, supplier coordination, invoicing, order tracking, aftersales resolution, records, reporting, and process improvements. The role provides administrative and customer support for New Homes and Volume Builder commercial portfolios while ensuring accurate, timely processing and policy compliance.
