Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for a portfolio of restaurants across NSW and ACT. Partner with Operations to hire Cooks, Crew, Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers, build talent pipelines, and use recruitment tech and AI tools to streamline hiring.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for head office teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Lead culture and engagement, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, workers' compensation support, and cross-functional people projects. Provide coaching, deliver training, interpret people data, and ensure award and legislative compliance.

Lead Guzman y Gomez's national training function: build and manage State Training Managers, own Train the Trainer and national training plans, support new restaurant openings, maintain training tools, fix training gaps, and report training performance to the Director.
