Supports business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining Salesforce pipelines, coordinating stakeholders, and managing meetings, events, travel, records, and communications. Builds relationships with government departments and regulatory authorities, monitors relevant policies, coordinates approvals and licenses, represents the organization at industry events, and advises leadership on Australia’s regulatory and policy environment.

Leads and scales Shield AI’s international Aechelon sales organization, integrating the acquired business into Shield AI’s go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include sales team leadership, post-acquisition integration, territory and account planning, pipeline and forecast management, complex defense and enterprise pursuits, cross-selling, partner development, and alignment with product, engineering, marketing, and customer engagement teams.

Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for defense simulation, synthetic environments, and AI-enabled mission systems. Support discovery, demonstrations, technical briefings, proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and capture activities. Translate customer mission needs into solution concepts, demos, and product feedback while explaining image generation, LVC architectures, sensor simulation, threat models, and synthetic agents. Build relationships with defense stakeholders across Australia, the Indo-Pacific, AUKUS, and allied markets, working cross-functionally with business development, product, engineering, and program teams.
