Lead and operate the Australian regulatory compliance program for consumer credit and related financial services. Own regulatory frameworks, licence obligations, ASIC engagement, reporting, obligations register, risk assessments, controls, remediation, and metrics. Manage and coach a small compliance team, translate global strategy into local plans, partner cross-functionally on product and policy decisions, and prepare executive and governance reporting to ensure regulatory adherence and strong consumer outcomes.
