Serve as the People Experience Lead for the Melbourne manufacturing site: advise site leadership on people strategy, manage employee and industrial relations, coach leaders on talent and performance, partner on recruitment and workforce planning, drive change and continuous improvement, use data to inform workforce decisions, and ensure compliance with employment and industrial legislation.
