Provide senior HR advisory on employee relations, org design, performance, remuneration, recruitment, change and development. Drive people programs (succession, career development, workforce planning), analyze people metrics, coach stakeholders and PX Advisors, and embed consistent PX practices aligned to global strategy to improve employee experience and business performance.
