Manage end-to-end employee benefits operations across Australia and New Zealand. The role delivers benefits services, supports compliance and program design, manages vendors and supplier relationships, monitors market trends, collaborates with shared services, and drives continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management, HR administration experience, benefits knowledge, attention to detail, Microsoft Office expertise, and an HR or Business degree are required.
