Build and maintain SQL data models, dbt pipelines, governed Snowflake semantic layers, and data products supporting Finance, People Experience, and Legal. Ensure data quality, testing, documentation, and reliable reporting for executive and market-facing insights. Collaborate with business teams to translate questions into trusted metrics, contribute to conversational AI and agentic data capabilities, mentor teammates, and establish consistent engineering standards.

Lead a distributed data engineering team to design, build, and maintain core data models and real-time data flows on an AWS/Snowflake platform. Balance strategic architecture and hands-on delivery, manage risks and dependencies, establish SLOs and DataOps practices, and coach senior engineers to improve platform quality and performance.

Serve as the primary people analytics partner to HR leadership, building a trusted suite of workforce dashboards and scorecards, defining KPI metrics and guardrails, embedding people metrics into planning and forecasting, improving HR data literacy and self-service, and translating complex people data into actionable recommendations.
