Provide first-line, customer-facing technical support for Huntress products; troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, escalate incidents, follow up to resolution, update documentation, and continually learn product and environment specifics to maintain high CSAT.

Lead and grow distributor relationships across ANZ/APAC to recruit, activate, and enable channel partners. Build joint go-to-market plans, execute demand generation and pipeline acceleration, deliver sales enablement and training, and track partner-sourced revenue and funnel metrics to drive recurring revenue growth.

Manage and scale a 24/7 Security Operations Center by defining processes, shift coverage, training, and playbooks. Drive analyst development in forensics, IR, malware analysis, detection engineering, and threat hunting. Coordinate with Product, Support, and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize new capabilities, maintain QA, report on OKRs, and contribute to public-facing engagements.
