Own commercial strategy, renewals, expansions, and long-term revenue growth for major enterprise SaaS customers across ANZ. Build executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, develop account and value plans, identify retention risks, manage forecasts, and coordinate Customer Success, Services, Legal, Finance, and executive sponsors. The role requires driving multi-year, multi-product agreements and measurable customer outcomes while consistently achieving retention and expansion targets.
