Own onboarding for Halter’s largest APAC enterprise customers, leading multi-site rollout plans, executive stakeholder management, training, change management, and field adoption. The role coordinates Sales, Support, and Product while solving deployment issues, optimizing onboarding processes, and preparing customers to scale across their operations. Regular travel and hands-on work on farms are required.
