Your new opportunity

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and service-focused Xero Hero to join our high-performing Medico team in Melbourne. In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with medical professionals and team members to implement, optimise, and support Xero and related systems. You’ll help simplify the lives of our clients through smarter bookkeeping processes, delivering value beyond compliance, and making a real impact through tailored tech solutions.

What you'll do
  • Set up new Xero files and assist clients with system implementation
  • Provide bookkeeping support and manage client queries across Xero and integrated platforms
  • Deliver Xero training, create user guides, and support documentation
  • Support client onboarding and education through webinars and 1:1 sessions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with software vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of support tickets
  • Stay current with product updates, system changes, and relevant training
What you'll bring
  • A strong working knowledge of Xero and a passion for helping others get the most out of it
  • Demonstrated prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with a variety of cloud accounting platforms and add-ons
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and interest in business processes and technology
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to help others
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
