We’re looking for an Office and Workplace Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations and onsite experience in our Sydney office. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with real impact on how employees experience the office each day. You’ll be the person who keeps the space running smoothly, removes friction for the team, and ensures the office is consistently organized, functional, and well supported.
Our Sydney office is home to approximately 20-25 employees who work onsite and is quickly growing. We’re looking for someone who is in the office each day, takes pride in ownership of the space, and proactively keeps things running efficiently.

What You'll Do:
Set up and manage recurring office lunch and snack programs
Greet guests and customers and help make their visits smooth and welcoming
Coordinate office mail & deliveries and work with IT on equipment drop offs and pickups
Keep the office tidy, stocked, and running efficiently (including light cleanup when needed)
Plan and support team events like birthday treats, happy hours, and seasonal celebrations
Be the go-to person for office questions, supply requests, and day to day logistics
Communicate with building staff, vendors, and the facilities team as needed
Support occasional admin or facilities-related tasks
Office supply ordering and inventory management

Able to lift up to 10kg (like lunch deliveries or office supplies)

Light events experience or interest in building a positive workplace culture
Comfortable communicating with vendors or building staff to troubleshoot issues
