What this opportunity involves:

JLL seeks a passionate Workplace Coordinator for our Integrated Facilities Management team in Southbank. You'll assist the Workplace Manager with diverse operational activities including finance, maintenance, vendor management, purchasing, occupancy services, projects, and helpdesk support. This role is crucial in delivering top-tier onsite workplace services for our global technology client.

Overview of the role:

  • Foster client relationships and manage service delivery per KPIs and expectations
  • Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and procurement processes
  • Monitor financial operations, process orders, and collaborate on budget management
  • Promote workplace safety, participate in hazard reporting, and manage incidents
  • Support IFM projects, capital planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct site inspections, manage maintenance activities, and maintain asset records
  • Coordinate subcontracted services and provide 24/7 emergency support
  • Implement risk management programs and maintain business continuity plans
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's business conduct guidelines and best practices
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, software proficiency, and autonomous work ability
