What this opportunity involves: 

Join JLL as a Workplace Coordinator and become an integral part of our dynamic facilities management team! This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while supporting workplace experiences that matter. You'll work alongside industry experts to deliver exceptional service to our clients, manage cutting edge facility operations, and contribute to innovative workplace solutions that keep businesses running smoothly.

Working onsite for our global technology client in Southbank.

An overview of the role:  

  • Build strong client and vendor relationships while ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations and contract KPIs.

  • Manage vendor procurement and compliance to deliver services on time and within budget.

  • Oversee financial operations including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking to meet targets.

  • Maintain workplace safety through inspections, hazard reporting, and policy compliance.

  • Support facility projects including capital planning, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting.

  • Coordinate maintenance operations, asset management, and contractor supervision.

  • Utilise technology platforms for facility audits, work orders, and documentation management.

  • Implement risk management protocols and business continuity plans for operational resilience.

The Workplace Coordinator will be highly motivated, proactive and a hold excellent planning and organisational skills to succeed in this role. 

You will apply your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers across Australia, demonstrating a strong ability to worth both autonomously and in a team.

  • Formal tertiary qualifications OR experience in one or more of the following: Management, Business, Operations/Project Management, Building / Facilities Management, or related discipline. 

  • Proficient in desktop applications such as word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and keyboard skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various duties.

  • Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener.
