About the Role 🤔

Quad Lock is on the lookout for our next Workplace Coordinator. As our Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for anything office/workplace experience related, with the creation of a seamless workspace experience top of mind at all times. 


This is a flexible 22-25 hour week, office-based role with freedom to structure your hours to suit you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the way we work and elevate our workplace culture!

What You'll Do ✨

  • Build an exceptional workplace atmosphere by managing office design, aesthetics, and in-office perks
  • Own the planning and execution of social events, celebrations, and culture-building activities
  • Act as both Quad Lock's First Aider or Warden, with training provided by Quad Lock
  • Maintain efficiency by implementing office systems and standards for policies and procedures
  • Management of the Quad Lock travel platform
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements, including managing calendars and travel for multiple executives
  • Communicate workplace initiatives and updates across the business via Slack and email
  • Support employees with BAU and ad-hoc office operations, in the office and at home
  • Keep things running smoothly - from office housekeeping audits to supply inventory
  • Be the key driver for office events and social activities, and any facilities-related relationships
  • Support with wider company initiatives
  • Support with general office administration

What You'll Bring 🤝

  • You’re a people person who thrives on creating great experiences
  • Previous office management, Workplace, or Facilities management experience
  • Proactive and approachable demeanour - a positive outlook is everything!
  • A quick learner and multitasker with excellent attention to detail
  • You value discretion and can handle confidential info with care
  • Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace (G Suite products)
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Able to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels across the company
  • Sound judgment with an ability to solve problems independently and creatively
  • You’re passionate about creating engaging employee experiences and can adapt to any situation
