About the role
The Wellbeing and Engagement Partner is a Heath and Well Being professional who is passionate about mental and physical health in the workplace. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of health, safety, and wellbeing solutions that drive a positive workplace culture, and improve engagement in the workplace.
What you’ll do

Support the design of an innovative employee wellbeing strategy and program

Develop and deploy key health and wellbeing initiatives that support employee Wellbeing and Engagement.

Lead Wellbeing & Mental Health Programs to promote mental and physical wellbeing

In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, drive the implementation of the Wellbeing and Engagement Plan with a focus on both mental, physical health.

Lead the enterprise Employee Assistance Program leveraging the program to support the Wellbeing and Engagement Plan.

Integrate industry best practices and data-driven insights into programs that foster a safe and supportive work environment.

Use insights to drive continuous improvement and influence senior leadership decision-making.

Industry experience in customer-focused, fast-paced environments ideally in transport, retail, FMCG or related sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing management, and demonstrated experience in conducting physical and psychosocial risk assessments and the management of psychosocial hazards and risks,

Ability to apply relevant Health Safety and Well Being legislation, regulation, standards, and codes of practice.

Proven project and change management experience including strengths in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Comfortable working with data you will be detail-oriented; have proven critical thinking skills; sound judgement and be solution-focused.
