The Wedding and Social Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating events and weddings, managing guest relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring high-quality service in a luxury hotel setting.

Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the effective coordination & execution of meetings, events and wedding functions
- Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming functions, meetings, conferences and events, ensuring the team focus on attention to detail
- Oversee Banquet set ups prior to commencement of events and functions
- Lead the like-minded Sales team to provide a quality of service and exceed guest expectations
- Act as a Ritz Carlton ambassador and embody our exceptional service values
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience
- Work closely with the Catering and Sales team to maximise all potential business leads.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
- Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
