This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in one narrow lane. We’re looking for a highly adaptable technology generalist with a strong software engineering background, sharp problem-solving capability, and a genuine interest in applying AI in practical, commercially valuable ways.

You do not need to be a deep machine learning specialist or career data scientist. What matters more is your ability to move between business challenges and technical solutioning, work across different contexts, and turn ideas into outcomes that make sense in the real world.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll work across client and internal initiatives to design and deliver practical, end-to-end solutions that use AI and related technologies to improve processes, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Your role:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions in commercial, enterprise, or consulting environments
• Apply AI and ML tools pragmatically to improve workflows, processes, and outcomes
• Use AI development tools such as Claude to accelerate software delivery and improve productivity
• Design and build practical applications that bring together business needs, software engineering, and AI capability
• Contribute to the development of Azure web applications using .NET and C#
• Move confidently between business context, solution design, and technical delivery
• Bring a flexible, concept-driven approach to solving problems across different domains and client environments
• Contribute to solutions that embed AI into real business settings, rather than focusing on research-led model development
• Learn and apply new technologies quickly, adapting to different challenges and delivery contexts
• Work with guidance from senior leaders while taking ownership of your contribution and delivery outcomes
  

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong fundamentals with the adaptability to work across both technical and business contexts.

What you ideally bring:

• A background in software development, software engineering, or solution delivery
• Proven experience in software engineering
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions end to end
• Experience building Azure web applications using .NET and C#
• The ability to leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate software development
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions, even if AI has not been your sole focus to date
• Experience working in commercial, enterprise, or consulting environments
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to apply transferable problem-solving approaches across different domains
• The ability to work through ambiguity and shape practical outcomes from loosely defined challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• The maturity to work with direction and coaching, while still operating with initiative and flexibility
