Job Description:
Mars has an exciting opportunity for you to join Royal Canin as their Vet Marketing Executive to support the business in being the number one vet-recommended nutrition partner in ANZ.
Under the direction of the Health Marketing Lead, this role will provide support across a range of health marketing programs and services, including championing the team culture, delivering on multiple project plans across the Vet Pillar, and managing the administrative duties including financial process and reporting, online platform updates and marketing asset approval system.
The role acts as a Royal Canin ambassador in every interaction, both internally and externally, with an emphasis on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, to execute with excellence across all aspects of this role’s responsibilities.
What would be your key responsibilities?

Coordinate marketing assets to support portfolio, projects, and sales teams: Including working closely with designers, printers, storage and transfer systems suppliers.

Manage the eDM process for the Vet channel, Including content maintenance and management.

Support, with direction from the Health Marketing Lead Vet and Customer Marketing & Brand Activity Lead, development and implementation of specified promotional activities, communications and events.

Work collaboratively within the team to foster; sharing ideas, building ways of working, and creating contagious energy.

Develop mutual relationships with all internal stakeholders, working collaboratively with Key Account Managers, Sales Team, Corporate Affairs, Retail and PRO pillars, Supply and Sales & Finance.

Maintain the existing workflow platforms to ensure seamless execution of high quality accurate work across projects (product Information and Image storage, asset approval management, financial workflows and reporting, asset warehouse & delivery system)

Responsible for obtaining cost estimates from suppliers, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining the internal financial reporting requirements for the Vet pillar).
What are we looking for in candidates?

2 years of Marketing or related experience minimum

Experience with graphic design software desirable

Proficiency in excel

Demonstrated skills in organisation and planning with excellent attention to detail to ensure high quality output are delivered in a timely manner
