What your days might look like

We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team, focusing on our suite of global websites. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating best-in-class web experiences that align with our brand values and optimally represent our SaaS and B2B products, including Employment Hero, SmartMatch, and EH Jobs. Your expertise will span across brand and UX as well as conversion optimisation, variant testing, and information architecture, you will help us create user experiences that not only look incredible but also drive business critical results for both our SaaS and Talent Marketplace.

As a UX Designer you’ll work on:

  • Best-in-Class Web Experiences: Design and deliver innovative, creative web experiences that set the standard in our industry.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and inform design decisions for our corporate websites.
  • Information Architecture: Develop and maintain site maps, wireframes, and prototypes that ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey across our websites.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Design for CMS platforms, ensuring that our websites are not only visually stunning but also easy to update and manage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, copywriters, and digital designers to bring your designs to life, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Brand and UX teams to ensure that all digital touchpoints align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure your designs are effectively implemented.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our websites at the forefront of user experience design.

In addition you will work with specialists in the following areas and your design will support rapid experimentation

  • Conversion Optimisation: Apply best practices in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to design and test high-performing landing pages, forms, and other key web components.
  • Variant Testing: Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve user engagement and conversion metrics.

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of UX design experience, with a knockout portfolio that demonstrates knockout UI and UX skills, showcasing innovative and creative web experiences, particularly on corporate websites, SaaS products, or related digital platforms.
  • Proficient in UX tools (e.g., Figma,), knowledge of HTML/CSS, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Demonstrated experience defining web information architectures for large website conversion optimisation, variant testing,, and designing for CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working closely with product owners, engineers, copywriters, and brand designers.
  • A degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
